Quality Checked at Every Stage

At Rehan Traders, quality assurance is integrated throughout the manufacturing process. Materials, measurements, stitching, branding, finishing and packing are reviewed against the approved sample and product requirements.

Our Quality-Control Process

01 — Material Review

Before production begins, fabrics, colours, threads and trims are checked against the approved selections. Visible consistency, texture and overall suitability are reviewed before cutting.

02 — In-Line Inspection

Workmanship is monitored during stitching and garment assembly. Seam construction, pocket placement, fastenings and other important details are reviewed while production is in progress.

03 — Measurement Check

Key garment dimensions are compared with the approved size specifications. This helps maintain consistent sizing and fit across the production order.

04 — Final Inspection

Completed garments are examined for appearance, stitching, finishing, branding placement and visible defects before packing.

05 — Packing Approval

Product quantities, folding, labels, hangtags and packaging details are reviewed before garments are prepared for dispatch.

What We Check

Depending on the garment and project requirements, our quality review may include:

  • Fabric colour and visible consistency
  • Garment measurements and sizing
  • Stitching and seam construction
  • Buttons, zippers and closures
  • Pocket and trim placement
  • Embroidery and printing
  • Labels and branding details
  • Pressing and final appearance
  • Folding and packaging
  • Order quantities and assortments

Approved Samples as the Reference

The confirmed sample and product specifications guide the manufacturing process. They provide a clear reference for materials, measurements, colours, workmanship, branding and finishing.

Quality During Production—not Only at the End

Reviewing garments during manufacturing helps identify concerns before the full order is completed. Necessary adjustments can then be made earlier in the production process.

Consistency Across Every Order

Our quality-assurance approach focuses on maintaining a uniform appearance and construction across the production run. Each stage supports the next, from incoming materials to final packing.

Product-Specific Quality Requirements

Different products require different quality priorities. Industrial workwear may require close attention to reinforced construction, while corporate uniforms may focus more on fit and presentation. Checks are planned according to the garment’s design and intended application.
