Our Product Development Process
01 — Brief
We review your garment design, intended use, target sizing, required features and visual preferences. This gives our team a clear foundation for development.
02 — Materials
Suitable fabrics, colours, threads, trims, buttons, zippers and other components are selected according to the garment’s purpose and desired finish.
03 — Pattern
Measurements and construction details are translated into a garment pattern. The pattern establishes the shape, fit and structure of the product.
04 — Sample
A physical sample is produced so you can evaluate the fabric, fit, sizing, stitching, colours and overall appearance before production.
05 — Approval
Your feedback is applied and final changes are confirmed. Once the sample and specifications are approved, the garment is prepared for bulk manufacturing.
