From Approved Sample to Finished Garment
Rehan Traders follows a coordinated manufacturing process designed to maintain consistency from material preparation through final packing. The approved sample and product specifications guide every stage of production.
01 — Pre-Production
Before manufacturing begins, all important product details are reviewed and confirmed, including:
- Approved garment sample
- Fabric and colour
- Measurement chart
- Stitching construction
- Buttons, zippers and trims
- Embroidery or printing
- Labels and packaging
- Order quantity and size breakdown
This review establishes a clear production reference for the manufacturing team.
02 — Fabric Preparation & Cutting
Approved fabric is inspected and prepared according to the confirmed pattern. Garment components are cut, grouped by size and organized before moving to the stitching stage.
03 — Garment Stitching
Cut components are assembled using suitable industrial sewing equipment. Seam construction, pockets, closures, reinforcement areas and functional details are completed according to the approved specifications.
04 — Branding & Labels
Required branding elements are incorporated into the garments. Depending on the project, this may include:
- Logo embroidery
- Garment printing
- Woven brand labels
- Size and care labels
- Custom patches
- Staff names or identification
Brand size, colour and placement follow the approved sample.
05 — Finishing & Quality Control
Completed garments move through thread trimming, pressing and final-detail preparation. Measurements, stitching, appearance, branding and finishing are reviewed before products are approved for packing.
06 — Packing
Approved garments are folded and packed according to the client’s requirements. Hangtags, packaging inserts, polybags, belly bands and private-label packaging can also be added where required.
Guided by the Approved Sample
The confirmed sample acts as the standard for fabric, measurements, construction, colours and branding. This helps keep the production order aligned with the agreed product.
Quality Throughout Production
Quality checks are carried out at different stages—not only after manufacturing is complete. Reviewing materials, workmanship, measurements and finishing throughout production helps identify concerns earlier.
