Color / Pantone Matching

Turn Your Chosen Colour into a Consistent Garment Finish

Colour is an essential part of brand identity. Rehan Traders provides professional colour-matching support to align fabrics, threads, trims and garment details with your selected Pantone reference or physical colour sample.

What You Can Provide

To begin colour development, you can share:

  • A Pantone colour reference
  • A physical fabric or garment sample
  • A printed colour reference
  • Existing brand guidelines
  • A digital colour reference for initial guidance

A physical or standardized colour reference is recommended for more reliable comparison.

Our Colour-Matching Process

01 — Reference

We review your selected colour and the fabric or garment on which it will be applied. Material type, texture and finish are considered because they can influence colour appearance.

02 — Lab Dip

Colour samples are developed on the selected fabric. Where required, multiple options can be prepared for comparison.

03 — Approval

You review the developed colour under suitable lighting and confirm the option that most closely matches your requirements.

04 — Production

The approved colour sample becomes the reference for bulk manufacturing, helping maintain consistency throughout the order.

Matching Across Garment Details

Colour coordination can be applied across different product components, including:

  • Main garment fabric
  • Contrast panels
  • Sewing and embroidery threads
  • Ribbed collars and cuffs
  • Zippers, buttons and trims
  • Printed or embroidered branding
  • Labels and packaging details

Why Material Matters

The same colour may appear different across cotton, polyester, knitted, woven or textured materials. Fabric composition, surface texture, dye response and lighting can all affect the final appearance. Our development process considers these factors before production.

Colour Approval Before Bulk Production

Reviewing and approving a physical sample reduces uncertainty and establishes a clear production reference. Final colour confirmation should be completed before cutting and bulk manufacturing begin.

Consistency You Can Build Your Brand Around

From uniforms and workwear to sportswear and private-label apparel, coordinated colours help create a professional and recognizable product range.
